Bright Echoes Therapy

Hi! I'm Courtney Bardelang, Speech- Language Pathologist and owner of Bright Echoes Therapy.  I'm ASHA certified, PLAY Project certified, Hanen trained, and have been practicing since 2015. I earned my Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Akron, and I've had the privilege of working with children across early intervention, preschool, and elementary school settings. In my free time I enjoy going camping with my husband and children, attending yoga or pilates classes, or reading a good book!

As a mom of two boys, I understand how busy family life can be, and how important it is to find services that fit easily into your child's world. That's why I provide therapy in homes and daycares, where kids feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn. I believe children thrive when therapy happens in their natural environments, surrounded by the people and routines that matter the most to them.

Our Values:

Affirmation of Every Voice – We celebrate neurodiversity and honor each child’s authentic communication style.

• Playful Learning – We believe play is the most natural and joyful way for children to grow, explore, and express themselves.

• Family Connection – We partner with families to strengthen bonds and create supportive environments where communication can flourish.

• Strengths-Based Growth – We build on every child’s unique strengths, fostering confidence and resilience in communication and relationships.

• Compassionate Care – We provide therapy that is respectful, empathetic, and rooted in genuine care for each child’s journey.

Mission and Vision:

Bright Echoes Speech Therapy is dedicated to providing playful and individualized speech and language services. Through strengths-based, relationship-focused therapy, we help children discover their unique voices, build meaningful connections, and thrive in ways that matter most to them and their families.

We envision a world where every child’s voice is celebrated and supported. Guided by a neurodiversity-affirming approach, we empower children to communicate in ways that feel authentic and effective, fostering confidence, connection, and joyful relationships with family, friends, and their communities.
